Mutluluğun Haritası Cebinde Değil, Yönünde

The Map of Happiness is Not in Your Pocket, But in Your Direction

“Happiness depends upon ourselves.” — Aristotle

Intention: Today, I intend not to fully surrender happiness to external circumstances. Aristotle’s quote both liberates and makes one responsible. Happiness is not merely the sum of pleasant moments; it is the inner order that one establishes through their own virtue, choice, and behavior. This is where envisioning comes in: one first sees the life they desire in their mind, then chooses small actions aligned with it. Being happy is not just about smiling when everything is going well; it is about not losing meaning even when the path gets complicated. Today, ask yourself this question: “What truly makes me grow?” The answer might be money, success, or applause; but at its root, there must be value, effort, and meaning.
