Korkunun Gölgesi mi, Gerçeğin Kendisi mi?

Shadow of Fear or Reality Itself?

“We suffer more often in imagination than in reality.” — Seneca

Intention: Today, I intend to bring the fears I have magnified in my imagination into the light of reality. Seneca's words show the first step to protection: recognizing fear. The mind sometimes dresses up a possibility as definite fate; it mistakes a shadow for a monster. Part of what we call misfortune is making room today for suffering that has not yet happened. Yet, protection is not just about avoidance; it is about seeing reality with measure, meeting possibility with preparation, and airing out the dark corners of imagination. Today, write down your anxiety: What is certain, what is a possibility, and what is merely a scenario? When these three are separated, the soul lightens. Because the most protective thing for a human is clarity.
